FX conversion
| What | Rate |
|---|---|
| FX spread | Less than 0.5% on most corridors |
| Mid-market comparison | Our rates benchmark to the real exchange rate you would see on public sources, with a spread under 0.5% on top for most corridors. We do not inflate the base rate or hide extra margin in the conversion. |
Transfers
| Type | Fee |
|---|---|
| On-ramp (receive) | Free |
| Off-ramp (send) | Transfer fees vary by corridor and payment rail; full cost is shown before you confirm. If we have to update the price before sending, for example because your payment waits for an earlier one from your account, your recipient still gets the same amount, but the amount taken from your balance can change. If your balance doesn't cover the new amount, the payment fails and nothing is taken. |

| Tier | Daily send limit | Monthly volume |

| Business (verified) | Up to $100,000 | Custom |
Your limits are set during onboarding based on the financial information you provide — including bank statements and reported transaction volume. If you need higher limits, contact support and we will review your account.
There are no set limits on receiving payments. However, large inbound transfers may be subject to review by our banking partners as part of standard compliance checks. This is normal for high-volume transactions across the industry — if a payment is held for review, you will be notified and we will work to resolve it quickly.
